October 2010, all I can say is WOW... we had a wonderful time!

Due to the rotten economy there was no Spring Retreat in 2010.

The 13th November Retreat, new home, new people and lots of new fun!

The FIRST retreat in our new location! October 2009

The seventh Spring Retreat with October Retreaters, November Retreaters, Spring Retreaters and a few newbies too! Spring 2009

The 12th November Retreat November2008 Photos

Another October Retreat and lots more laughs! October 08 Photos

The Spring Retreat moved to the larger conference room in 2008, and that gave us LOTS of room for working on projects. Here are the photos.

The 11th November Retreat, a few new faces and another wonderful reunion!

The 5th October Retreat and the 25th Quilters Retreat, another delighful retreat!

Scrappy Happy Quilt Camp was a gathering of new quilt friends and a whole lot of scraps. Ladies from north Jersey, West Virginia (and VA), Connecticut, Maryland and PA all got together and shared a lot more than scraps.

The Spring Retreat 2007 was a combination of October Retreaters, November Retreaters, some old friends who were new retreaters and some new retreaters who became new friends. It was a wonderful mix of laughter and quilting and everyone had a delightful time!

The November 2006 Retreat was a busy one, and lots of fun too! Photos

The October Retreat was full of fun and laughs, and almost everyone completed their mystery projects too!

Here are photos of the first fall retreat of 2006, a retreat to remember!

There was a Spring Retreat in 2006, but there are no photos to prove it... sorry.

There are no photos of the 2005 November Retreat. (I can't believe I went without a camera that long!)

Another successful October Retreat, and a few photos to prove it. (Sorry there was a camera malfunction.)

The B&B internet group booked their first retreat a year and a half ahead of time. The fun started long before the retreat and will probably go on long after. Here are their retreat photos.

There are not a lot of photos for the 2005 Spring and May retreats because we were having too much fun to take any. But there are a few photos to show you what we were up to. Here are the Spring 2005 photos and the May photos.

The eighth annual November retreat was another wonderful gathering. We were missing a few old friends this year, but managed to have a good time regardless. Here are photos from that retreat.

The first fall retreat for 2004 had six new attendees, but we made sure they all felt at home and had a good time. I think these photos will prove that.

Something new for 2004, UFO Camps. We gave then a trial run, and had a great time, so have added them to the Retreat schedule. You can see some photos here.

The Tenth Quilters Retreat was held from March 30 through April 2, 2004. It goes on the records as another successful one. Photos can be found here.

The seventh November retreat brought back many old friends, and one new one, for the perfect retreat gathering. There was a lot of work done besides the two classes. Here are photo memories of the good time we had.

The first early Fall Retreat was held in October 2003, and was great fun for all who attended. We were a small but mighty group, and we got a lot done that weekend too! Everyone almost finished their Three Dimensional Tessellated Autumn Leaves and their Victorian Gingerbread Homes.

Spring 2003 was the first time we got together for a spring retreat. It was a huge success, and is now a yearly tradition too! There is something about a quilt show and a retreat being held at the same time that makes for the perfect get-away.

Here are photos of November 2002's retreat. We had two projects, Speedy Strips© and we learned to make a Drunkard's Path block. We had such a great time that everyone who attended signed up to come back again before leaving. That is why we scheduled a second Fall Retreat for 2003.

2001 was another great year! We were again in Bird-in-Hand, and again had a wonderful time. We had two retreat projects, Hearts & Spools and Watercolor Hearts. You may link to photos from 2001 here.

We were back in Bird-in-Hand in 2000, and here are the photos from that retreat. In 2000 we concentrated more on shopping and we started several charity quilts, which were eventually donated to the Crisis House in Georgetown, DE.

In 1999 we moved the Quilters Retreat up to Bird-in-Hand Pa. We moved to be closer to more quilt shops and many other reasons. We had Froggie Fat Quarter Races, a mystery class, and a retreat challenge. You may view 1999 here.

We had such a wonderful time that we got together again in November 1998, although the weather was MUCH improved. That year we had a talk on "Threads of the 30s" Saturday morning, followed by another mystery class, and one on 3D appliqué flowers. We dined that year at a local sea food restaurant.

The idea of a quilt retreat was started by a group of chatters from an internet quilt shop who wanted to get together. Since a local hotel also happened to have a quilt shop in it, the first Quilters Retreat was held in November 1997 in Lewes, Delaware... during a good old nor-easter. We had three wonderful days of chatting, quilting, and just plain fun. We had two classes, a mystery and one on paper piecing. And we dined at a high school spaghetti dinner... honest. Sadly, all the photos from the first retreat are no longer available.
